CMS Supatrak
CMS SupaTrak provides vehicle tracking, fuel saving and mobile working solutions to businesses across the UK and Ireland. The award winning EcoTrak fuel saving technology will be demonstrated throughout the day and free fuel saving consultations will be offered to help businesses reduce their fuel costs.
Developed in conjunction with the both the haulage and waste management industries, EcoTrak is a powerful driver management tool which provides fleet managers with the ability to monitor and manage their drivers’ behaviour in real time by delivering information including actual MPG, time spent idling, time spent in cruise, time spent in “green band” driving range and a range of alerts including harsh braking, accelerating and speeding.
The new Safer Driving Assistant (SDA) will also be on display throughout the event. The SDA is an interactive in-cab display unit which has been developed to help drivers adhere to good driving practices and become safer and more fuel and carbon efficient drivers.
The device is mounted on the vehicle’s dash panel and reacts in real time to the driving style, alerting drivers to instances of excessive idling, speeding, harsh braking, harsh accelerating, excessive throttle use and over revving.
